2.2 Interpret research to develop ideas and effectively communicate to an audience.

planning

Now it is time to create your project idea. You must ensure that you keep evidence of every stage of production and evaluate your work as you go!

Create a production portfolio that can include:

●    Production paperwork e.g. scripts, risk assessments, storyboards etc…

●    Development stages e.g. behind-the-scenes, continuity shots, mood boards, designs and sketches, test shots etc…

Remember to VISUALISE your production! Each day record your progress in a production diary. This can be recorded verbally or written.

●    What did you do?

●    What went well?

●    What skills did you develop?

●    What needs improving?

●    Plans for next scheduled production date? Use your production schedule to help organise your production and meet deadlines.

Ensure that you book all equipment, plan actors/models and resources in advanced. All documents must be exported in the correct file format e.g. PDF, JPEG, MP3, MP4 etc…

NOTE: Due to Covid Restrictions, create a contigency plan to develop a project within your resource capabilities.
