The unit is designed to bring together and build upon those multiple skills and knowledge you have acquired and understood through the completion of the previous units undertaken during the year.

This unit affords you the opportunity to utilise those acquired skills, demonstrate your ability, and to present and showcase your talent to an audience.

Through your own critical evaluation and personal reflection, from each of the completed units, you should have now determined your strengths, interests and motivations which should inform your choice of which particular path you would wish to follow into the arena of the creative arts.

You will be developing a media product of your choice which relates to a theme:

Choose only 1 theme from the list below:

• Environment

• Power

• Love
   

The themes can be interpreted in many different ways for example ‘Love’ can be a romance film or something you love. Or ‘Light and Dark’ can be a film noir, black and white photography or good vs evil etc…the choice is yours to represent the theme in your own personal way.

This is a chance for you to showcase your best skills and explore your own industry pathway for example, directing, film making, journalism, editor, photographer etc…so get your creative thinking caps on and get producing!
